Time to Move: A Math Game for Practicing Elapsed Time

$3.00

Instant Digital Download

Time to Move provides a fun way to review and practice calculating the passage of time!

Zipping around a game board (with the always-fun possibility of causing other players to have to move backwards on the board) while practicing challenges focused on elapsed time will be a great way to really fine tune those time skills!

Game is geared for grades 4 through 6, but, of course, would be great for differentiation in many settings. Perfect for math centers, test review, and home school.

The game includes:
*game board
*48 problem cards (word problems focused on elapsed time)
*48 movement cards
*instructions for play

Skills include:
*determining how much time has passed given a start and end time
*determining accurate time when an event concludes given start time and duration

***Entire file is 14 pages long. Cards will need to be printed and cut out. Game is for 2 - 4 players...multiple copies may be printed to accommodate larger classes. Players will need small objects to use as game pieces....and, possibly, paper and pencil.***
